For every new series/card that comes out we are going to have a place that people can go and request to borrow. It will all be in the same thread. If you have the cards please let me know in that thread if you are willing to let people borrow to get the coins. Collateral is required. Anyone can be denied a loan if owner is worried.
Any infraction will result in being banned unless card is returned.

I think this is a good idea. Is this the thread? I do think though that their should be one for each sport to avoid confusion.
