Topps would be alienating a major fan base if they mess this up. Hopefully woody is working around the clock to fix topps awful award glitches. Pisses me off that I have the last two tbt but no coins or awards to show for it. Oh man, if we all have to go through a survey/support mail phase we won't be able to all get the award. I waited 2 days until I finally got my missing awards.
And what's up with those crappy VIP cards who do nothing? Not even a better support...

I don't get it, the only 2 that have the price: one has only 3 other heritage cards, the other doesn't have any... I sent them both a 1-1 to see when/how they got it.

The one guy who suspiciously posted right away on Twitter as well only has 3 other Heritages and a Black VIP. He might have sent the cards over to a friend or something but this smells fishy.
