It's the same concept. If I just try one more pack I will get something

Why does it seem like there are more inserts than ever, yet they are beyond impossible to pull? All they promote are these new inserts, but who is actually getting them? 300K worth of coins buys you 120 packs of those hi-five packs at yesterdays sale price. 120 packs, and not a single insert? Something is wrong with that. Ya think? Go look at my profile and sort by recently acquired. Makes me wanna throw-up in my mouth.

Why is there no real way to contact Topps and complain about things? No feedback means no one at Topps gives a damn about their customers.

They tell the company what cards they can release but thats about it....Think about it...if Topps ran this it would be what everyone wants and codes on every card you buy out of packs in real life to put into the game. This is just a app company with a good idea that got a meeting with topps and pitched them the plan...Topps said sure but for x% and we own the "rights" to the app. Guy signs contract and proceeds to money grab once people get hooked.. Cause what collector on this earth of cards doesn't TRUST TOPPS??? This isnt the same topps thats always been around....This is topps 3.0 that is ALL about revenue % not their name or brand...that has already been built up over the years.

I bought 300,000 coins worth of High Fives at the 2,500 coin sale price. NO INSERTS pulled. Stuff like this makes me want to sell the entire account on ebay. Cut my losses and have some other sucker chase. Update.. I waited for the LE packs to arrive. Bought a 10,000coin High Odds LE pack. Pulled a dual sig in pack two and stopped. There was something definitely wrong with the High Five Inserts+ packs that went on sale.

Got my weekly coins bonus today and wondering where best to spend them. I'd seen comments that the solo was hitting pretty decent. My luck with inserts / golds stinks so I thought I'd check see where others were finding success.

For me it seems as soon as a new insert is announced and I buy packs my odds increase. This past Sunday, as soon as the Napoli and Hosmer Bowman were announced, I opened around 10 packs of the Hi Five and pulled 2 Napoli and a Hosmer Bowman. When I open packs first thing in the morning, I don't usually get much.

Still no luck. Even supplemented my weekly bonus with some additional coins and waited till after inserts were announced as suggested. Nothing. Not one insert. Haven't pulled one now since the beginning of the cannon series. Maybe I just don't open enough packs. Maybe the players I see with duplicates of every insert just spend a ton of real money on this app. All I know is I'm finding it increasingly frustrating to save daily rewards and spend even small amounts of money and never pull a single insert. Let alone the ridiculously low print runs on these insert, I know I'll never even be able to trade for them. It's no wonder people walk away from this app every day. Ok. Rant done.

What's the point of making these inserts have such low card counts?
Non-super rare inserts should have a minimum of 1,000 card counts.

How can the tbt cards hit the limit but we can't get close on a series for inserts. 24 hour releases are weak Hell, even the Illustrated series had cards that had 1,000 restricted counts. That was my first "series" of cards I tried to start collecting. I managed to pull three of them. You can't tell me that a Jhonny Peralta SNB card is a cooler card and deserves a print count of less than 100.

They are trying to put the sets out too fast, they need to leave the cards in packs for longer than 3 days or let them be pulled at a higher rate.
The cards have better value when they are lower numbered but once the award goes away the cards almost become worthless.
