I've filled out the survey on Tuesday, and nt heard anything yet about missing awards. Did I do something wrong? I have 3 TBTs and a dodger set and the Castro SNB all to collect. This is getting beyond nuts. .

From my experience, their customer service is very inconsistent. I sent them a survey right away when they first announced this, and they gave me my dodger set award that same day. Next day I realized I had a few other single card awards I never got, so I sent in another survey - and have heard nothing in roughly 5 days now. A few weeks ago I sent them an email through the app about another problem I was having, and it was ignored. There is really no excuse for that, and I wonder if they know or care how much money they lose from people like me who just give up and never bother with the app again.

Looks like awards are working better now. ToppsBUNT just tweeted "Awards issues, both with opening awards and receiving them, have been fixed! Let us know if you are still having issues."
To my surprise, i actually received the ones i had been missing.

1 week and no response to my request. Now the Dodger award is off the books and I've had it for a few weeks. Really upsetting. I think we should keep a list of cards that don't work. Save the hassle of trying to get awards for cards not working.
