This is the lowest of lows for them they wrap it in a pack that's used for inserts and say one card. Of course that happens after it refreshes and it started out as 10k Yep, not sure if anyone else noticed that but I definitely bought a pack at 10k before they changed it. I saw it and it was acting wonky and I bought then it updated but it only took 7500 from me

Typical topps. They never update those packs. It will say All inserts available when they state in the article for the insert that its only available in the 7th inning pack or something.

And the best part is that one of the comment challenges today was the Best pranks in baseball. Every other post was about the Black Pack or Topps.

Until they address this, I won't be opening any packs at all. If they don't respond by tomorrow, I'm going to begin pursuing Apple to request a refund for the $50 coin bundle I bought yesterday, and possibly even past purchases. This kind of shameless bait-and-switch is completely unacceptable, and I hope the community won't let them get away with it.

There is really only 1 course of action we can take if our questions are going to go unanswered. Stop. Buying. Coins. There it is. Don't buy anymore bundles. Don't sit there and think "maybe I'll get lucky this time". You won't. Oh, a pack sale? Nope, not buying coins. 500k coin bundle released? Nope. The only way we'll find out any information from the company that we complain about for giving us way too little value for our money is to stop giving them our money.
I like Bunt. It's fun and addicting to play. But I can't see myself ever spending another dime if the rules are going to change on the fly and never in our favor. I deleted my card info from my itunes account so I cant spend any money on the app regardless of what's available.

ive also stopped buying coins about 2 weeks ago, the only packs I buy is from coins I get from daily bonus and awards. it sucks waiting to buy packs. but I wont spend anymore money until something changes.

If you haven't abused the system in the past, they simply refund it automatically.

I don't buy coins, so when I do ever open an insert (Has happened only once in 3 months of using the app) or gold, I get really excited, and come to realize I got that card or cards without paying a single penny. Its a good feeling. Btw. My one insert was from a base hit + singles app. Most of the golds came from the cinco de mayo pack which I felt was the best pack topps has ever offered.

Has anybody heard even a peep from Topps about this fiasco? I sent an email to bunt@topps.com and have updated my ticket several times, but have heard nothing but crickets from them even though they have interacted with me on several other matters over the last few days.
With a Todd Frazier insert active, I probably would have spent some good $$$ on packs trying to pull it, but until they address this at least privately through my support ticket, I won't be sending them a dime. So frustrating to get no response.

I bought a couple 7th inning stretch packs and niners packs and got nothing but silver and lower.... How do you get a refund for that or even can you?
