You guys should be on Twitter anyway and sign up for push notifications for their tweets. That's how I get info on when new cards are released.
They've also done many contest. I've won 2-3 cards in trivia questions so far including a Heritage and Golden Moment card.
They've given away a sig, too.

I don't know but I just did the survey about ten minutes ago. Setup an account just to get a shot at it. Hope it worked. It has a survey to fill out with your fan name and twitter handle. Super easy.
