Last night (5/22) i purchased coins to buy the Signature 7 Pack...was disappointed to only receive 5 cards...i figured it it said 7 that i would get 7 cards...i still have not received any feedback or fixes for this issue...i submitted the correction via twitter, but nothing has come of it yet...has anyone else dealt with this issue?

They tweeted a SurveyMonkey. You fill it out if you got five cards. Seems like they're offering refunds.

I filled out the survey last night, but have not heard anything yet...they could just give me a Cingrani Heritage or a Latos Bowman and we could call it even...haha

I am getting very frustrated...it has been 24hrs since the error occurred and I have yet to be contacted, let alone get a resolution...I completed the survey on twitter but still no response...anybody else having similar struggles?

All too familiar with this - I didn't receive the Bowman Fielder card on Monday when I had the entire Bowman collection at the time and received the shiny B logo in my trophy case. Sent in a ticket to Topps and have yet to hear back from them. Their customer support is rubbish. |
