Why did you have to start over? I had it on an iOS device and then I gave in in for an android device. Tried to sign back in with former account, but made me restart. You should try contacting their support. It might take a couple of weeks but would be worth it for you...

Or if you kept your ios device, just use it with wifi and keep the account.
