My one technique is that I never accept the trade that is at the top of my trading queue for fear that another one will be accepted as it sneaks its way in. If I like the trade, I'll wait for another one to come in before I accept. I also err on the side of declining all trades - there have been times where a fair trade comes in and my trigger finger causes me to decline. I'll apologize to the guy and we'll get the trade done.
Just hate how there are so many a-holes out there trying to take advantage. I've seen thousands of trades this week offering base garbage for ASG cards. Most are from no-star or 3-star accounts.

Sorry to hear that sucks man! I really wish there was a "are you sure?" prompt that we can enabled as an optional feature. This would eliminate these accidental transactions. There is a secondary warning/question when you decline and accept..... I go through the trades involving that card that I don't want to accept before I accept the offer I do. Worst thing I've done is decline a trade I wanted to accept. You are, of course, correct. Wrote my response without checking because I was certain that there was not such an option. It's really all about being careful and not just automatically saying, of course I accept. Actually look and make sure the trade is what you think it is.

I did it yesterday, and I was so pissed. I've recovered all the cards through pulls/trades but still stings.
As for bad trades, it becoming ridiculous. I had to lock my Kershaw and Cutch ASG. The garbage trades I kept getting were ridiculous, and almost every one had MOA.
