I've made some of these from scratch and some building upon the work of others but I've tried to create PSD templates for folks to use with the correct-ish fonts already on them. Anyone can alter these with Photoshop and make any cards they want with them; with the fonts already there it's super easy. If you need help finding the fonts, Google them from the list below; they should all be freely available.
