We can do it like this - 1st the person with the amount of cards pledge goes. Tiebreaker is the rarity of the cards combined when set is complete? So it would go 1st BHK 2nd Clavycito cause of tie brake with the rarity on 4 cards pleadge 3rd spawn with 4 cards pledge 4th. Frankelstein cause he wins tiebreaker (Buch at 100 and Darvish at 98 ATM = 198) com paired to Jake (Bruce 109 and Greinke 109= 218) Would that be fair? In the future, people need to be honest about if they're going to pull out or not AND should also note if they're going for the set themselves.
If someone notes they're pulling out, there needs to be an asterisk placed next to the card list with the name donated. That way someone else can pledge that card (for example, I could provide an extra Greinke if needed to).
Also, some of these cards are harder to pull than others (Posey, Sale, Springer are easier to pull than Buchholz, Lester, Greinke, etc.).
These should be all considered IMO
