Will there ever be a way to know when a user is on? Like a green dot (like the Tapatalk app for BHK)?

People have brought it up in FoTW articles and other Q&As, but has there been any real consideration to having two separate leagues in Bunt? One with the current setup, and a second one where you play 9 cards for a week without changing any of them out? To follow up on this concept, has Topps considered modifying the play format to be more of a conventional fantasy baseball format? For example, instead of playing 9 SPs, you would have a designated spot for a SP, a 1B, a 2B etc. This way, all players become more valuable rather than just starting pitchers. Yes we have. We haven't made any decisions regarding it though. |

So is there a way to escalate an issue submitted to the Topps Bunt site to a human representative? One of the problems I have noticed is that if the computer-automated process detects certain words in your issue ticket, it will spit out a response that may have nothing to do with your actual issue. This leads to many unnecessary loops in the process. I'm super happy that you asked this question because I really want to clarify this issue. If you receive an automated email response, our support team still looks at your email. In other words, a human reads every single help request that is submitted. That is even more disturbing then. If a computer spits out an automated response based on the incorrect question, I can understand. If a human has a role in this, that is just terrible customer service and lack of respect for those of us that are taking the time to get a situation sorted out. |

Why did toppsmike already have a Kershaw sig within 10 minutes of the release?
I think we are all for topps employees opening packs but why do you guys always seem to have the best cards? Mysteries, sigs, etc? How is that fair to your users?

Mysteries, sigs, etc? How is that fair to your users? Yeah. I think we all know he doesn't have to pay as much as we do or he would be flat out broke! |

I understand that employees are given unlimited coins to use, but if they were using those coins, I think most employees would have a significantly higher amount of base cards than they do because of all the packs they would have to open to get the inserts they have. Which leads me to believe that some cards are just being added to their accounts. It doesn't change the limits a lot but it still means there are 248 Kershaw sigs available to users as opposed to 250. |

Would you consider having a customer to topps liaison? Aka users who are on multiple hours a day, who see issues that are unresolved and we can report them to a special email where it takes top priority? I think this would help immensely? And you can basically pay that liaison with coins

Here's a KICK-related one. Lately, users have even asking why there has been a scarcity of mods around during the day (BST). Seems there's a lot of ruckus that happens and there's usually no moderation around to control it. Either that or the wrong user gets blamed/suspended. Also, on average, how many mods are there on each app? |
