Ok so a few things have changed since our recent mishap with the "Breaking Out Borrowing Central"
Here's what you have to do:
1. If you pull a Tier 1 card, post the card you pulled here before you do anything else.
2. Due to our recent borrowing thread being scammed, we are implementing an approval system where an admin must approve your pledge
3. Most guys will have no problem being a part of the Borrowing Centrals moving forward, but we will be strict on new users, and members with low post counts.
4. Once we give you the approval, you can send your card or card to BMCOLLECTION and we will add you to the list.
Who gets to borrow and when?
1. The person who pledges the most cards will have second borrowing privileges behind BMCOLLECTION
2. If two people pledge the same amount of cards, the person who pledges the most rare cards, gets priority. (If you donate a super rare, and a scarce, and the other player donates a super rare and a uncommon, you get priority)
3. You are not guaranteed a spot on the list.
4. The faster we complete the set, the more slots to borrow we will have in the week.
