According to the radio today, a bigger star has ties to it as his secretary bought some. For baseball or across any sport?

If this comes out sooner than later, the outrage on bunt is going to be massive, and for once wouldn't be Bunt's fault haha.

God this stuff is boring....
I for one would love to see how fast an athlete could run on steroids, how far and how many home runs they could hit on steriods etc.
If they want to ruin their body later in life then that's their problem.
I say the above in a rather tongue and cheek way but this is all so boring now. If you punish first time offences like they do in athletics in most countries then it would seriously deter most athletes.
But I guess if you're a player that isn't a star and is moving between the majors and minors, what's to lose? 6 months? A year? For the chance to have a good career why not do it? The drug people are always one step ahead of the authorities...

I was fortunate to grow up in a small town in Indiana and my dad (he is a dentist) had as a patient a former Dodger pitching great. Anyway, I've spoken with him several times about the steroid issue. He says it's all bologna and that every player "cheated" with drugs in some way or another. He said he was often given shots in his arm for pain and given other shots to, as he put it, "get the motor running".
We all just need to move on from this IMO

I wouldn't be surprised if there were a decent number of hofers that used at some point, knowingly or not.

What's Bio genesis? I'm a little behind on this conversation but geez... 85 players when you think about it that's 2-40 man rosters potentially involved in this! Pretty crazy stuff!

Ha Ha yes Sarcasm... I do think a large amount of players in many of the professional leagues do use steroids... It's too bad too, not fun watching people use artificial strengths.

This is nothing new. Half the players in the 70s were hopped up on amphetamines. Babe Ruth had hookers, booze and cigars. They all have some kind of advantage.

If only Arod had focused on hookers (Madonna count?), booze and cigars rather than PED's.....

George Herman "Babe" Ruth HR: 9,732 RBI: 13,872 AVG: .723 Pitching Stats SO: 14,819 BB: 674 KBP (Killed By Pitch): 16 BTB (Bats Thrown At Batter): 48 Meanest SOB ever to play the game, broke Ty Cobb's records (and Ty Cobb) with his bat.
