Not trying to stir the pot here, certainly I'm well aware of the mid-game changes Topps has made this year to many awards - but I thought they were pretty clear that the Fathers Day duals were not part of any dual sig collection? I seem to remember that from when they were released. I'm not collecting them (don't like dual sigs) but are you guys sure they said the Fathers Day sigs were part of the collection? Someone posted the original article for the Father's Day dual sigs and it did state that Swisher and Gwynn Duals would count towards the 10. As I remember it, they weren't clear when they originally released the two Father's Day sigs, then they edited the articles to clarify that they were indeed part of the series (the Swisher article titled "Just in Time for Father's Day" still says this). Then, when the Seattle dual came out, they said the Father's Day duals were not part of the chase. Then, on July 22, they tweeted to be absolutely clear that the Father's Day duals were definitely part of the chase (). Now today, the article doesn't include them on the list. Clear? |

how much do you want to bet someone did a bad cut and paste job again (cutting from the Sea Dual article without checking) On another note, BHK members CAN'T ALL QUIT ALL AT ONCE. We'd saturate the ebay market too fast. So please get in line behind me -  j/k I'm absolutely torn what to do with my collection right now! |

I'm not actually quitting, but I try to sell cards to fund coin purchases, and the market is plummeting over the last 10 days or so. |

well, I had some coins so I can't help it and decided to get a few packs. Lucky for me, for once I pulled the sig. Of course now the onslaught of trade offers are coming in. Already had the obligatory comment of dual sigs are not worth that much, although they did offer me the Murphy sig that I already had. We'll see what kind of offers come in, not sure what I want to do with it yet, I think it's just cool to have.

never has one of my hobbies been so enjoyable and so frustrating at the same time. If the Father's Day's dual's are not included, I've got some serious considering what I'm going to do.
I've never gone "all in" money wise, but I've spent enough that I feel invested in the game/App. I keep wanting to believe that is just a small team and mistakes are being made on accident. Working at understaffed newspaper, I know exactly how this can happen.
But I'm no longer feeling that way. I'm feeling more and more like it's a pure lack of interest in the longevity of the game/App and as many have stated, starting to feel like a "cash grab".
I hate when I start feeling this way about the "game", but man, it's hard not to sometimes. I really really believe with just some better communication so many of these issues could be avoided. I'm not trying to be "on my high horse" but we have 6 reporters at my paper and we can explain complex social/economic/political issues with just 6 people on daily deadlines. I have to believe that it is possible to clearly state what cards are included in a series and what/when the award will be and when it will be given out.
Ugh. Sorry everyone. Just want to absolutely love this game/App, but feel like Topps doesn't want me to. Maybe I'm just down now.

Another tweet just confirms that Swisher and Gwyyn are part of the dual chase. The article has now been updated to confirm this.
Proofreading is not on top of Topps' priority list, clearly.
