I find it funny that they put out a Super Bonus Pack during all these issues and the pack doesn't even work right. This is a complete and utter fail.

The super bonus pack HAS to be a mistake, TOPPSMIKE said to expect any special packs anytime soon and this is the 2nd in the 4 days after the comment.  |

Ok, here is GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE 101 - If your business is suffering from some kind of technical difficulty, it is better to shut it down until the issues are resolved rather than giving customers a sub-par, broken product. Your customers will grunt during the down time but at least they know you're doing something about it and they will not be victims of the technical difficulties and glitches.
