a man let a snake loose in the phone booth. The man saw the snake and fell backwards landing on a piece of shattered glass. He was dea after he was stabbed by the glass.

He caught a fish and was going to call his family and when he called he accidentally hit the glass with his pole and caused the glass to fall on to himself accidentally stabbing himself. That's my best guess on the clues.
