Again I'm on Fernandez side, he did amazing last year as a young rookie and in my perspective will only get better.

I believe Paul Goldschmidt will be in the mix.

I believe a pitcher will get the most points. REASONS: 1. Fly out: -6 pts Ground out: -6 pts Ground into Double Play (GIDP): additional -9 pts Strikeout (K): -6 pts So lets say someone went 2-4 with 2 singles, a flyout, and a ground out, which is solid for a batter. That's only +6. If he only went 1-4, that's -3 points! 2. Out: +9 pts Strikeout: +6 (added to the +9 for an out for total of +15) If a pitcher like kershaw or darvish pitches a regular 7 innings and 10 strike outs with no hits, that's 249 points! I know, there should be some hits, but even with hits, let's say, 10 singles, that's still 149 points.
If I had to guess, Kershaw, or Darvish, or Verlander, or Jose Fernandez,or Felix Hernandez will have most points this season.

Your right with pitchers. But be wary it could go bad fast. And know who is pitching to what team. U can be - 150 before u know it.
