Why is it that you guys can only let us know about little updates? Why not just tell us everything that you guys have changed or "improved"? That way users can decide if they want to stick around or not. Or is that what you're trying to avoid, potential revenue slipping through your fingers?

I haven't seen a topps guy on here in over a month. That's not y it's because they aren't ready there's too few ppl who actually do their with too much work so they need to string us along. And that u mention it it boils my blood how they release 1 insert or insert set at a time. Their greed blinds them. Guys love bbc's and woody made a great app if they did things the right way ppl would pay but I hate they use fear and create panic to sell rather than a create a positive attitude. U shouldn't need to spend $100 to get an insert. |

They separate packs to make u spend more I'd separate packs to give ppl options. Some may wanna a chance at everything some may want the newer stuff but that's me. I think you can provide good products and services at a good price. Instead trying to squeeze money from ppl I'd rather keep them happy and keep my customers. I'd rather give more charge less but have 1000x more customers but what do I know I only have economic degrees common sense and desire for ppl to b happy. |

Just a note. I know I sound down on them and y play but I'm only down at the decision makers. There's good guys that work there and the app is genius. To have willing to spend money under these conditions I mean there has to b appeal. I just haven't cared for the way its been run since last julyish.

I'm with the crowd on this one that their greedy. But what company or even app isn't greedy? We should be thankful that Topps isn't having pop ups to buy coins or advertise other apps. That better not come with the new update. And if it were to come, they would make it sound like a good thing.

Well, I'm going to reserve my final judgement till the scoring/game play information comes out. So far I have been less than happy with what's been released. Cards look good, and a couple of enhancements seem ok. The whole one account thing per device and the statements they made about has really irritated me. The fact they originally came out and said the change was to combat scamming, and then later stated that they felt it was cheating if you had more than one account. Here's an idea for game enhancements: upgrade the servers, so that the product they provide is consistent. If they think all the changes are going to make me spend more money they will be sorely mistaken. I spent a lot of money last year, even with multiple accounts. I don't plan on spending much this year unless they drastically drop their coin prices, which they already stated they have no plans on doing.

Most ppl are unhappy that's y they needed to hire mike trout. I seriously doubt if he knew all shenanigans that went on he'd be on board with this. But the app is sweet the cards are cool and there's a lot good guys. And it pisses me off that most enhancements are for them to try to get more money but they say its to provide a better experience. Last may ppl had tons of accts and scamming wasn't issue. It became an issue because of the manner they released new inserts and the fact they'd did nothing about it. Most kids scammed because they got scammed. If the adults responsible dont act and say its wrong then u r passively saying its ok. When somebody on topps actually banned a scammer somebody higher up reinstates them. And I'm not talking about a guy making a mistake and wants a second chance. I'm talking about habitual scammers. They created this community they have responsibilities to manage it. They take your money and don't care. At least when my family takes my money they care. |

When u want earn profits you provide good services and products at good value. When u r greedy u look to screw everybody as hard u can as long as u can. The banks and mortgage companies got so greedy in the 2000s that the banking system would have collasped if the government didn't step in. The American car manufactures nearly got wiped off the earth cuz they got so greedy. Chyrsler was bot by an Italian company gm went bankrupt and ford nearly did 2 again they would have ended if not for govt help. There's nothing wrong with wanting to make money but there a right and wrong way. The wrong way always has consequences. Besides if topps was smart and did the right thing they'd make so much more money because so many more ppl would make purchases. Greed is not good it leads to ruin. Greed is when u want more money than u deserve or earned. |

You say Topps makes money the wrong way, which I agree with you on, but the right way to make money is different from the buyer and the seller. Topps makes money off users whether we are happy or not. Can anyone honestly say that after the crap that went on this offseason will change how much packs they sell or money they make? Of course not! Topps is making money and the businessmen in Topps' office aren't gonna change for me, you and others who are upset. Topps is not gonna make any changes in our favour if they are making enough cash by just bringing in Mike Trout to say a couple positive words for bunt and for kids to follow their dreams or something. |

Preach on BigB72! I agree with you 100%. Reminds me of the old saying "pigs get fat while hogs get slaughtered". Too much greed leads to ruin.
Hopefully topps manages coin costs and keeps the big bundles below the 20 dollar price point. If rarity is adjusted (ie super rare inserts aren't impossible and costly to pull) and the prices are reasonable then topps has a winning recipe. This is probably too much to expect though based on their history.
