Mike has stated that pack prices will decrease, at least to start the season. He didn't say anything about odds and such, so we'll see how that all pans out. They will do like Star Wars, only put 1% odds on silver and golds only available in special packs that you only have access to after you buy coins or something stupid like that. Remember this is the same group of guys that left the 3 & 5k packs in the store all offseason at full price that didn't contain any weekly inserts anymore lol

Maybe, but not exactly. There are three "paths" for the leagues. Easy. Medium. Hard. So while VIPs play on Hard level, you can play on easy or medium. But vips can also play easy and easily dominate Yeah that is what I was thinking too.

I liked pulling inserts in the single packs in Star Wars and HUDDLE.

I know it won't happen, but I wish they'd go back to two years ago now. Have the quarter pack and all that again. Inserts were in those packs and you didn't have to buy a different pack for each insert. To me, every insert having it's own pack is just dumb. Then again, that's probably where they're making their killing at.

Speaking of BUNT 2015, the daily coin bonus will increase to 10k per day, and the weekly bonus will increase to 25k. That's an extra 60k per week compared to BUNT 2014. I think it's actually an extra 70k per week - before, you got 6k daily plus 9k weekly (15k total per week) so if it works the same, you would get 60k daily plus 25k weekly (85k total per week - minus 15k before = 70k extra). But I bet this is for a reason. All off season, we saw pack prices routinely at 7500 coins, and insert odds in many cases were way higher. They seemed to test the 25k 7th inning stretch pack for a long time, and I know people buy them (they are horrible for me however). I absolutely think this is just a shift to a higher economic landscape where the game gets more expensive every year. One thing I hope they do - add serious team set completion bonuses like Kick did (and to a much lesser extent Huddle). 100 and 200 coins set bonuses were pretty sad.

I'm completely with you on the team sets. I'm a compulsive collector, but since i'm FTP I don't chase the inserts, I've made a lot of coins off of the Kick sets, and still have a ton to go which will keep me going. I also love the random free packs in Kick, I would love to see Bunt do the same, but i can't imagine they have an economic motive. I really enjoyed the mini-league in Kick, it didn't preclude you from the other modes of competition, just gave you one more way to compete. I finished 4th in my mini-league as an FTP player, I think that was pretty fair. Yeah, I didn't have a shot at winning, but 4th still came with a free pack and an award card. I totally expect pack prices to go up to clean out those of us that hoarded coins all Winter.
