So confused right now GO CUBS AND TWINS! The amount of false advertising in this game is laughable. My favorite is "WILL OVERPAY FOR __________, WILL ACCEPT OR COUNTER" and then they flat out decline a fair trade. |

The thing I hate about s**t offers is that i'm always worried that i'll accidentally press accept on one of them, and then I'll be screwed.

Had a guy come in trading his Bumgarner/Ramirez A&G for my Buster Posey A&G. This is typically a fair offer but I have only one Posey A&G and I need it to collect the set. I counter with a Darvish A&G for just his Bumgarner (I had since obtained Ramirez). He asks me if I can add a Mays HoF since I have 8 of them. I say sure and add it. 5 minutes later the guy counters by asking for a Cueto Sig on top of the two cards he had already agreed to. I declined and told him to not waste my time. Next 4 posts from the guy are about me being greedy and that I should give him more cards since I have so many dupes. Seriously, why do people feel so entitled? Thankfully, frankelstein came in and offered me the Bumgarner A&G for the Darvish A&G straight up - faith in humanity restored. |
