So after most teams are already 1 series into the season, I was wondering what you guys were thinking would be the most surprising thing not to happen this year? If you click other, please explain!

I voted "other". Most surprising thing to me would be if the Cardinals some how do not win the World Series. The team is stacked...

I voted "other". Most surprising thing to me would be if the Cardinals some how do not win the World Series. The team is stacked... They will not go far if they don't address there defense issues. For them being the favorites. To Win it all they really have a poor looking defense. |

If the twins don't disappoint me I'll be shocked. I'm expected them to be bad though so it's unlikely. Still, I wouldn't put it past them, never underestimate the losing power of the twins.

For them being the favorites. To Win it all they really have a poor looking defense. Good point. We look bad in the opener. Regardless, bourjos is a huge upgrade in CF over Jay defensively. Carpenter at 3b is much better upgrade than freese defensively. Wong has the potential to be above average defensively. I think the defensive problems were more of a lack of focus than lack of skill. |
