Hey Bunter's!! So this weekend I decided to go do a little thrift shopping for some Baseball cards! I would highly suggest you go look at the stores in your local area just in-case you find that special card or a huge steal! I had the worst luck finding any cards until I came across this place selling whole boxes of cards for $5.00!! I bargained with the guy for about an hour and got a box of about 600 cards for 4.50! The box was all 1987 Fleer baseball so I hope to find some good stuff in it! Do you guys think I got a huge steal here or a "bust"?? Hope to get some advice before I sell it!

Not a steal of bust, just a whole bunch of nothing. Cards from 1987-93 were really mass overproduced from Topps to Fleer, to Donruss to Score and anything that came out of them is effectively known as the junk era. Each card is approximately less than a penny worth |

That's what I thought! It should give me something to do with selling all of it! The only places that buy cards here only buy back Hockey cards! The other boxes had 90 Bowman, Another year of Fleer and some other brands... I didn't want to spend my whole day looking through each and every card in the store as I wanted to reach every store to check out what was there. I can't believe the price of cards for Topps 2014! At Target it was like $1.99 for 20 cards!

What should I ask for for Christmas? Probably going to do a Bowman and maybe Triple Threads minibox? Found a Bowman hobby for $60ish and Triple Threads minibox for $80. Looking at Bowman Chrome too.

Haha, as a Pirates fan, the Polancos are the only ones I really want to keep. Here are a few of my Bowman Chrome pulls: Couple of no-name prospect Sigs and refractors/parallels. Best pulls - Abreu Die Cut Atomic Refractor (1/99) and Kris Bryant Chrome refractor mini. Attachments:
