Hey guys so this isn't the first time this has happened to me but my cord has recently broken. I am currently borrowing my sisters charger. I just got my iPod including the cord at Christmas. I don't want to cough up $30 for one that will break in 3 months. Does anyone know where I could get a cheap one or one that actually works? On my iPod 4 I was able to buy cords for $5.

I if you got the cord at Christmas time, visit your local Apple store, all new device's and packaged accessories come with a one year warranty. They will replace it for free as long you've not done anything to it.

I know that they sell them at the dollar store around where I live. I get em for like 2 bucks.

Wal mart has cheap ones .. Belkin makes a sturdy one sold at target think the price is on the high side though but worth the money spent. ..don't buy apple they don't last

I just had my cord go bad last week (of course it was right before I went to bed and had 3% battery left...) and I found an Iphone 5 cord at Walmart for 12.88. It's green, but it seems to be working, and it's good to know I could have this one go bad and still afford another one without having to spend what Apple charges for a cord... ha

Put springs (like one in pens) around both ends of chargers will last 100x longer.
