what's the deal with these? why would anyone want extra How To Play cards?

I've gotten a couple of those requests also. I don't get it.
I did trade my friend for his "How to Play" when we were sharing cards but the requests I've gotten included others cards as well. Maybe people just want them to use as I did with my friend?

I have no idea what they do or what they could do down the road ?? Maybe some of the more experienced may be able to help with that.

I know there is one guy with over 300 of those cards. Why in the h€!! Would anyone need that many???

The other day, I was saying in the trade chat that I would trade them my dual sig for nine how to play cards. I locked the dual sig and my how to play card and waited for the responses.
There were people who were cussing me out for not unlocking either card.
It was a fun social experiment (and I believe this thread was made because of my posts).
