I have a GOLD VIP but did not have access to the Tanaka Sig pack between the time slot advertised! Either that or the packs was very poorly labeled.
Does anyone know what happened here? Griped through twitter with no reply.

Did you have the VIP card all day? I have one and access to the 7th inning pack at 4:30 worked.

Yes I had the Gold VIP all day. Heard back from bunt. Said that they were available in the Extra Innings Pack. This pack was poorly labeled. No mention of Tanaka Sig OR VIP Availability. It looked like the same pack that they were selling all week. I was very skeptical that this pack was differentiated from the the VIP pack that they were advertising. BUNT should have made a special/distinct pack for this program! Similar to the twitter pack or other VIP packs!!
