Happy Hour Pack

Hey, 
I don't know who else got in on it, but those Happy Hour packs I thought were pretty awesome (from a PTS player's perspective...).  I pulled a few good Gold Hitters, and a couple gold SP's as well, and a bunch more Scarce as well.  I didn't see this pack until this morning, so I don't know how long it was up there (it said 5-8 PM, so apparently it was a happy hour sale meant for Eastern Asia...).

Anyways, was just looking to see if anyone else pulled any good stuff... I kinda like these random packs they throw out there.  I'm giving up insert chasing (because I would prefer not to spend a month's rent on trying to get Mr. Rockie...), so these base card packs with more super rares are awesome from my viewpoint!

I had great luck with Cup of Coffee Pack yesterday. No luck with Happy Hour pack. Bought FOUR packs. Only ONE gold (Sweeney) and only ONE new base card (Dickey RED)

Hey guys, nevermind about the whole "Mascots Cards are too expensive..." I just did the math, and according to the odds, you'd only have to spend $300 right now to get the mascot card... totally worth it! (does somebody know how to turn on the sarcasm font?)

Yea man. I bought two packs, 10 cards in total. Got Gold-Shierholtz, Frasor, Teixeira, Chisenhall, and Molina. The rest were all Silver-Hechavarria, Morrow, Romo, Bautista, and Rosenthal. Not too shabby.

I'm confused. I opened my app this morning at 8AM eastern and saw the news feed story for these packs. Said it was posted 3 hours previous (roughly 5AM). I assumed these packs were going to be live tonight since I was on all last night and this news story or these packs never showed for me. Now I'm seeing here that folks actually bought these? What gives? Is this another bad update glitch? Or were these packs unique to VIPs?

I think it was another "typo." They probably scheduled both the story and the packs to go live at 5 a.m. by accident and didn't notice until after they packs already sold out.

I saw the story in my newsfeed at about 7:10 this morning (8:10 eastern), and the packs were not in the store. They have since removed the story as well. Maybe they'll do it again at 5 p.m. We'll see.

Yea, I don't see the story anymore, so I think it was supposed to be 5 PM when these launched (which hopefully means they'll be back later...).

If you're a newer PTS player, you should def take advantage of these packs if they come back at 5...

That's a lot of typos! Because the story said the packs were to be available from 5 - 8 PM eastern time. Which makes sense to call them HAPPY HOUR! I'm ok with doing packs that cater to other time zones but their typo-mania lately has gotten bad. What especially worries me is that this happened to me with the cup of joe packs as well. I was on that morning and the story / packs never appeared for me till after they were gone.

Packs are back in the store ladies and gents. Still giving golds and (mainly) silvers out the wazoo!

Yep it's definitely available again. If anyone gets duplicates of new base cards that I don't have send them my way.
