There will be later FC awards as well; the Springer was for collecting the first 10 and won't be given out again, but there will be awards for having the first 20 and all 30 as well later in the season.

Lots of old awards still show up as active despite not being obtainable anymore. Quite a few POTW are still there but expired a couple weeks ago. It's manual so filling out survey wouldn't help you either.
