My son's and I are taking a trip to Pitt and Philly to see a couple of games at the end of the month. If anyone knows of good hotels within walking distances from the parks that you'd recommend, let me know. Thanks in advance.

You should swing by Baltimore after Philly only about 1 hr and 1/2 drive (I drive slow). That is if you have time

Such trips are great. We're also making a stop in Scranton to see the Yanks AAA team. Think they're called the Rail Riders.

I'm a Pittsburgh guy, but I don't really stay at hotels in the Burgh since I only live 40 minutes away. I know there is a hotel right across the river from PNC, right near the Clemente Bridge. It's pretty convenient because to get to a game you just have to go across the bridge. I forget it's name but I'm sure you could find out on Google Maps.

I stayed at Springfield Suites and had a great time. It is right across the Street from the ballpark and there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great atmosphere in that area the weekend of a game.

I believe the hotel Moss44 is talking about is the Renaissance Hotel. That is right across the river and can be seen in all the shots from PNC Park of the city skyline. It is right across from the Bridge.

Pittsburgh Hilton is nice, center of everything. In maryland you can hit up nats, o's, hagerstown suns, frederick keys, and bowie baysox, then hit up my buffalo wild wings in Annapolis and get all the visitor to bay sox auto's! Their hotel is across the street. Betances was the only douche out of the hundreds that have been in here!
