BUNT has done it again.
this morning, they released the Sunday Brunch packs before they populated the card sheet with this week'a SNB inserts. After learning my lesson last week, I knew I needed to check the card sheet to make sure the new SNB cards were on there before dropping coins on the packs. So when I first saw the packs, I immediately went to all cards and refreshed the sheet to see if the new inserts were there. No dice. About 20 minutes later, though, Drew and Hunter had arrived on the card sheet. So I went to work opening Sunday Brunch packs to nab them. About 150,000 coins later, still no Drew or Hunter.
Last week, Kershaw and Marte arrived well after the Sunday Brunch packs dropped, but once they wereon the card sheet they were coming out of the brunch packs. I know, because se that's how I pulled mine. But this week, @toppsbunt wants us to believe that they weren't trying to deceive us by doing things differently this week.
If it was the first time, I might want to give them the benefit of the doubt. But it certainly isn't. The BlackPack fiasco was very similar.
I think ink it just might be time to contact Apple and get as much of my money back as I can.

I saw their tweets. Only had enough coins for 2 packs. Managed to get a Kershaw SNB. Hopefully it goes sold out tomorrow and doesn't stick around an extra week like Mesoraco, whom I have 5 of.

Did you see their tweets? Yes. This is in response to their tweets. The answer they gave is BS, because the exact same thing happened last week with the cards dropping after the pack was live. They know people are trying to collect all the SNB, and they know people were expecting to be able to get them out of the brunch packs. And they know that most people will just buy more coins to get them later in the week. they say they want to be clear, but their actions are very clear: they want to obfuscate and induce people to open more packs

I forgot about last week as well when I opened my brunch packs, so if their actions were intentional, they worked. Given the other errors in the app, I'm not sure that they are intentional.
The Brunch packs yielded me garbage after two, so I quit and moved on thankfully.

I forgot about last week as well when I opened my brunch packs, so if their actions were intentional, they worked. Given the other errors in the app, I'm not sure that they are intentional. The Brunch packs yielded me garbage after two, so I quit and moved on thankfully. If it was unintentional, they would have said it was a mistake and claimed to want to "make it right," which is what they actually did with the Abreu sig incident, and what they continue to claim they are going to do with the Archives pack incident (though I still haven't seen anyone say they have received any coins back. I'm owed 90000). This time, they gave an explanation on Twitter pointing to the fact that the new SNB were only in + inserts packs, and the Brunch packs didn't need to have the new SNB because technically they weren't active cards when the pack launched. Their explanation indicates that it was in fact intentional, and completely belies their claim that they don't want to be confusing. The fact is, they do want to be confusing, and they make an effort at it, hoping that people will either not notice or be so hooked on the chase that they can't help themselves.

Ahh, I see. I don't have Twitter so I missed those details.
I noticed that the packs didn't have the laundry list of inserts like they have in previous weeks, which was another reason I had a short leash. I've had terrible luck with packs lately.

I can see how Topps would come out and say "we did say the new SNB is in the +INSERTS pack and the Sunday Brunch doesn't say +INSERTS" but it is still wrong and misleading. I would, in the future or unless notified otherwise, ignore Sunday Brunch and aim for the Twitter and Instagram packs - the worst you'll get is a rare and the odds of pulling POTW, SNB, EC, FC and GMs is infinitely higher.

Simply wrong on BUNTS end they could have clarified on the pack description or in the news post. Brunch Pack "old SNB - Kershaw/Marte". Is that so freakin hard to do? Instead we get vague responses which confuses us even more. I'm done with chasing inserts right when they hit. I'll wait a couple days before pursuing until they get this crap fix who knows when.
