I'm "Johndango" on Bunt. I've only been playing for two weeks but I'm officially completely hooked and have already "invested" more than I should have. I blame my two hour a day commute times. Anyway, I've got my bearings on pretty much anything except one thing: The trade value of inserts. I'm afraid I possibly made one mistake already. I traded a League Leader Encarnation for the MoA Set. Based on the amount of people willing to trade that set away, I'm guessing that was a mistake. And I'm getting a lot of offers on my League Leaders Corey Kluber for example, but I just don't know when something is closer to a good deal than a bad deal. Can someone enlighten me?

And I'm getting a lot of offers on my League Leaders Corey Kluber for example, but I just don't know when something is closer to a good deal than a bad deal. Can someone enlighten me? To start, always look at the back of cards to get a basic idea of what a card is worth. For example, if you look at the back of any of the MoA cards, you'll see that there are over 6000 cards of each. This means that their value is minimal unless you need 5000 coins but it still very cheap to obtain. As a practical matter, I would decline any trade that only includes MoA cards - they're easy to get and again, worthless. I'm sorry you got robbed by some shameful opportunist. The Corey Kluber LL is fairly common. There are 2,750 copies of that card so you could probably get a low-end insert. But again, start by looking at the back of the card to get an idea of how many there are. Also, if a card is not "Sold Out", assume the number on the back is only going to go up. Pay attention to the Topps articles about card counts for any given set and let that be a starting guide. All else fails, ask around. You're doing the right thing by posting on here and seeking advice and suggestion regarding trade values. If you have other trade questions, feel free to ask. Hope this helps.

I'm fairly new to give much advise, but people seem to want the inserts that are currently giving awards- once rewards comes out, prices drop for them. Sigs seem to be the mighty. There are a few sets that go all the way to the end of the season. People view cards sooo differently in this game cause some play for points and some for collecting. So for someone a SP is worth more then an insert for example. I always put peoples trade's in here for comments and suggestions. My 2 cents. I'm also waiting for responses from others to see what they say Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
