Sigh ... I expect this style of game play will stay close to this the rest of the year. It's of my opinion that they want scores to stay on the low side and have finally found the right mix to do so. On a side rant ... I'm also so very over, and tired of hearing that last years style of play was cheating. This was never a game of strategy, or for those who wanted to play a fantasy baseball style game. It was a unique, fun, mindless game, to play while enjoying watching baseball. Rant over.

I dont remember how it was played last year, but I like how it has been the last 2 weeks, and hope to be able to watch more games and play the game to crack the top 500 again.. I did the 3rd week, thats been it,, now in the 700 range,,..

I too enjoyed last years style of play very much. But my kids, ages 13 and 15 enjoy the current rules, because they can get in the top 1,000 or 500, and only watch games they really want to. So, I think it's a hard line for Topps to walk. What they need are two leagues, you choose which one to play in. A wide open league, aka last years rules. The second league would be the slow play rules, aka this years rules. That would keep almost every satisfied.

Does anyone else have a problem with reloads not happening? This happened to me for like the fourth time in the last week and a half where I wake up and my plays are still down to like 10. They didn't refresh over the night.
I'm not sure if it matters on where I leave the app (i.e.: play screen left open) when I exit or what. Very frustrating...

The problem I keep running into is that I select my 9 players and some just won't go in. I have to waste another play to put the player in. Also, I don't leave the app while I'm doing this but it still happens. |

a few times it's happened to me where I've swapped someone in and the card appears to be loading, and I will switch to the fan feed or review a trade offer, then go back and the player who was loading has not been subbed in. The original player is still active... cost me quite a few points.
