I had the same thing happen last year happen, and if it wasn't for Woody I doubt it would have been resolved. He sent a couple of messages over to whomever manages purchases and finally it got resolved after about four weeks. I did finally get all my coins. So, I know how frustrating it is, hang in there, and hopefully it will be resolved sooner than later.

Someone mentioned on here that they've contacted Apple and they've gotten full refunds before. You could even recover more than the $75 purchase.
