I really don't believe they plan ahead and I'm deadly serious about that. The amount of mistakes on releases, ill thought out packs and chases is mind blowing.

Last years post season chase was one of the biggest face palm moments in gaming history (Right after every FIFA game that's been released since 2000) after a year of them bitching about people with multiple accounts ruining the game!
