When the Stars and Stripes set came out, I was able to pull one of the Jeter/Pedroia cards. A few minutes later, I received a trade offer of Encarnacion Boost Sig for my Stars and Stripes. I quickly accepted it. About 1.5 hours later, the guy comes back saying he wants his card back. Should I honor his request? He made the offer to begin with and waited a long while to ask for the card back. Have any of you run into this? Please let me know.

I don't see why you need to give it back.

Depends how nice you're feeling. That person clearly has buyer's remorse. It's their own fault for offering the trade in the first place. I would probably let them have it back depending on just how they asked for their card back, but I'm a softy. If they politely asked for their card back, then yes. If they came back 1.5 hours later with an attitude and demanded their card back, I would politely decline them.

The trade disappeared from my feed so it was probably voided by the guy trading it away. He was kind of rude and I've known him for offering terrible trades in the past. This is why I asked.

Unless you offered a money back guarantee, I wouldn't trade back.

He traded for a cheaper one now he's trying to give back the first.

Keep it if he had responded within 10to 15 min. Been ok but hour later to long. Last year I would trade back my policy at first within the day but people took advantage trade for my card try to flip it and if they couldn't wanted there card back. So I had to change that 10 to 15 min. Range.

I'd only do that if it was a friend I traded with consistently

If you got a good deal and he has buyers remorse then I would keep it. Like lee said hour later too long.

I would not trade him back. There have been times where I have made stupid trades but if I offered, it is on me not the person I offer to. I could understand if he quickly responded for a trade back but on hour is too long. If you are unsure of a cards value, check BEFORE you offer rather than after.
