PTS issues on July 6th

There may already be a thread about this, but I didn't see one.

I'm so frustrated in the points issue that happened yesterday, Sunday July 6th.

Sometime around 3:00, points stopped accumulating and then were frozen off and on throughout the remainder of the day.

At the time I had been trying really hard all week to make it in the top 100 and was sitting pretty good at #80 with Gold Kluber and Latos both pitching great games.  I didn't know whether to leave them in and hopefully score the points, or swap them out for new pitchers.  Even once new pitchers started scoring (Richards, Beckett, etc.) it kept freezing back and forth and I never did finish getting points for Latos and Kluber...I ended up the week at #113.

Playing this "Game" is extremely frustrating!  After spending so much time earlier in the week swapping people in and out and staying on top of matchups, and then Topps can't get their stuff straight to actually have the scoring correct.

I've had similar glitches happen to me earlier in the season with the random missing Lance Lynn points when he pitched a complete game and it took away all his points at the end.  Or when Tanaka pitched a complete game sometime in May and it didn't give credit for the last inning.  These glitches are very frustrating...I need to stop being addicted to playing this game!

I feel your pain was top 50. And after the lag started I gave up and just kept Richards and then price in was not going to try and figure out how to manage the lag.

for me I noticed there was a couple times where the stats didn't update in livetime and the game would be 2-3 innings ahead of the points. I was afraid to take players out in that situation thinking I might lose out on the points they should have accrued if they were not still in when the points caught up...

I ended up leaving a couple pitchers in much longer than I should have yesterday. I didn't really get to swap players out between innings, etc.

It wasn't as bad as Sunday, but there was definitely some lag last night (Monday) as well. I had 2 games where I wanted to swap pitchers back and forth every half inning (Strasburg/Tillman and Wainwright/Morton), but the lag made it so the points weren't scored in time to be able to do so.

The points also lagged for several minutes (more than 5) during last night's A's Giants game too. I dropped in some gold hitters and had to wait for their points to be posted before I could drop in all my relief pitching. I'm sure I lost some points but I guess so did everyone else doing the same thing. In the end I only dropped 1 spot in the TEAM and maybe a dozen overall. Bottom line is these types of lags and game freezes are beyond frustrating and I'm kind of losing interest. But I'm still playing...for now.
