It's a huge asset to have a twitter account in communicating with bunt. I've found that the more people mention a problem or a concern to them, the more that asset gets acknowledged.
I usually monitor the mentions going towards bunts twitter account, and this has helped me hugely in learning values and other things about the game.
I've also been reimbursed coins, given a card I didn't get when I earned it, and unsuspended all through twitter.
With the start of the bunt blog we launched which will send all the articles to twitter, I wanted to gather everyone's twitter accounts for my own personal bunt devoted account.
