Has TOPPS said anything about the issue with the Upper Class packs or have they just swept it under the rug?

They weren't being pulled during the first few hours of the packs being out.

Yep this is why I retired from chasing sets. Way to much inconsistency. It's crappy for people not to pull inserts if u spend 20bucks u should get at least one.

I wish I only spent $20 chasing these. Not sure of the odds but I opened 100 packs yesterday and didn't get a single insert. If they don't do something to rectify the situation I won't be chasing any inserts anymore. Last dime TOPPS will get out of me. I opened a single pack this morning with the Week 17 rewards and pulled Pedroia.

52 packs in the first 2 hours when they weren't being pulled at all (found out afterwards of course) and 48 after people starting pulling them. :S

I wish I only spent $20 chasing these. Not sure of the odds but I opened 100 packs yesterday and didn't get a single insert. If they don't do something to rectify the situation I won't be chasing any inserts anymore. Last dime TOPPS will get out of me. I opened a single pack this morning with the Week 17 rewards and pulled Pedroia. Put in a request for a refund to their support team. Tell them that if they don't refund you you'll be asking apple and submitting a formal complaint. Then, if they refuse or offer either give you "free coins" of 10,000 or more likely ignore you, submit a report to Apple. As far as I understand others have been refunded by Apple for bunt. Plenty of people on here would be willing to back you. Hopefully enough people complaining to Apple would encourage them to investigate topps conduct. They really should be receiving financial penalties for what they're doing. |

This type of stuff has happened before and I sent a case on this which they loaded coin back to my account. I stop insert chasing as the odds seem nearly impossible and I agree if you spend $10-20 bucks on packs you should at least get some sort of insert. Trust me I've spent quite a bit $$$$ so Im not spewing nonsense.
