It says it is available on May 28th at 8:00 pm but never said it ended. I have had the collection for about 5 days now and nothing. What should I do?

No idea about it ending, but they don't seem to erase awards after they expire. I personally would be interested in Bernie if decide to part them out.

The reward was only given out once per day until all the cards in the set were sold out.

The award was going out once a day at 5:00 PM EST and then around July 1st it ended. I had been swapping my mascot set daily with people on here and then I tried about 4 or 5 times in July and it never awarded. I have had a couple people submit a ticket or try to contact Topps on Twitter about the issue since it shows the award is still active, but all contact has been completely ignored by Topps.
