Somebody's buying them, come on I'm dying to know! But I can't stand throwing away 5000 coins on a single gold card or FC every time.

Diamond VIP packs are dropping Swapped and All-Rookie cards like crazy. I suspect this will be the case with Black except with a bunch of golds thrown in there too.

Yeah, they are going like hotcakes. I opened 7 and got all gold and said the heck with it.

I just opened 10 and got 3 Swapped, 7 golds. I guess that's not bad odds.

Well, I decided to use my 250k on these, 50 packs total. I got 7 Swapped, 2 FC (Chapman & Betances) so that leaves 41 golds. Not really great, especially when many of the golds were old ones.

im holding out hope that later this wkend they will reissue a "traditional" black pack and incl the sig in there. these VIP black packs are puzzling. not sure what they benefit is for the black VIPs?

I almost feel lucky. My phone might not have handled seeing another Hamilton FC card. There will be a special pack soon as there are a heck of a lot of HOF cards left and those packs can't be selling with the awards expiring.

yup. same with the patch cards. there are still plenty of those left - i think half of each - that they need to flood out.
750 sigs at a 1:200 clip are the worst odds i think they've distributed so far. these will take a LONG time to come out at that rate. hopefully enough before the award expires next wednesday!

I thought for sure the patch cards would have been in there, and the leftover HOF cards too. For special packs like these to have 80% gold cards is really not much of a special deal at all.

I just opened 2 super bonus packs and those are screwed up. Pulled series 1 cards in them. Getting refunded.

I bought 4 with nothing but older Golds Silvers and 1 FC I tweeted them. Of course it was only a partial and they have changed the wording so it doesn't say new base only. I've officially had it and need to really think long and hard about how I'm going to proceed going further. |
