I know you cannot post in the app about selling. And I also know that the TOS says you cannot "engage in commercial activity" which basically means no selling. But there are hundreds of listings on ebay that Topps doesn't seem to care about. Also topps chris seems to act like he's happy that there are so many bunt listings on ebay, according to an interview he did with Beckett.com. So this leaves me wondering if it is legal to sell bunt cards on ebay.

If you sell outside of bunt, (i. e. eBay), and do not in any way, mention in BUNT that you're selling, you'll be fine.

So it is not "illegal". Topps does not want any advertising in the app. Even mentioning in private comments to another trader.
eBay technically does not allow the sale of digital items that you are not the explicit owner of (we are not explicit owners of Topps Bunt cards on our account - our access to them can be removed by Topps at their whim). So it is possible to get your listings removed on eBay and your account suspended on first offense, although I have not heard of that happening to anyone.

People say: anything is legal if u dont get caught.
People do it all the time. Bunt can't sue everyone who sell cards so I would say go for it
