I'm getting really sick and tired of people saying they will counter and them not.
If you don't like an offer then flipping counter. There is no need to start being
Dicks about it. I made a dude an offer and he came back mouthing me. Seriously
Shouldn't we all have a little respect for one another here. This is only a card

For your own sanity - just don't bother with those people with the dumb fan feed posts, especially ones with 3 star and lower ratings. It will inevitably just piss you off

this happened to me the other day. Someone said they were "accepting" something or another (don't remember exactly what it was, but it doesn't really matter...), and I offered it, and he countered with an offer for whatever I had offered, plus my Swish dual sig. He blatantly lied about what he was "accepting," and when I called him out on it, he said "So?" and then after I responded, he said he was reporting me (my response didn't contain anything rude, just calling him out about lying again...). It is annoying, but I think jrb is right about the 3 star rating thing, it generally tends toward someone who is going to counter something ridiculous, or just reject your offer (and probably have dinged your rating with a 1 star...).
I feel your pain, bro... ha

Another I hate is the fake top offer. I am trying to trade with a guy who has Aaron GM for three days now. He keeps countering what I send him with crap and then posts that to fan feed as his best offer.
My trade has been his best offer for two days and he won't accept.

How about someone having an auction that never ends. They usually put a stop time but don't end it because they don't like the offers they received. Usually I'm the top offer but never get the card.

How about someone having an auction that never ends. They usually put a stop time but don't end it because they don't like the offers they received. Usually I'm the top offer but never get the card. or how bout the ones who get your good offer and then say we'll give me a day to think about it then decline your offer i offered a guy 3 turkey reds that are super low numbered for a few of his diamond and other then he says he's attached to them so I say ok give me posey sig. He says ok he trades and gets one then later after 9+ hours of waiting he says oh forgot people offer crazy stuff for sigs I'm going to decline wtf if you knew this for a while why didn't you decline? SMH people |

Steer clear of:
Anyone using the term "Auction" - Massive waste of time. They string you along then never accept any offer.
Anyone using the term "Overpay" - I've never found anyone that says that who could even make a decent offer for the card they're asking for let alone "over pay"
Anyone using the phrase "Accepting fair offers" - They don't and always counter with something ridiculous.
Anyone using a percentage of how many offers they accept "I accept 90% of all offers". If that were true, given the amount of crap trades that are offered daily, they'd have nothing left.

It's hyperbole for the sake of being offered the card. Overpaying is relative anyway. Clearly he doesn't value his first born as highly as the cards you asked for  |
