New to Kick but not new to the sport

Unfortunately when i joined it was pre update so i got some old cards as my starter so im stuck with tottenham as my fave team and not San Jose Earthquakes which im sure would be allowed now since its in the App

Looking for some cards to get me going ill be glad to get some trades and advice

The app allows you to change your favorite team ONE TIME if I'm not mistaken, so you should be able to to change it to SJ.

thanks just did it now just need to get some coins to get my cards other than 2013 ones that i unfortunately am stuck with

In the same boat, signed up a month ago, they should still offer us the starter packs at 1000.  Like the 25 common pack on bunt.

First off welcome to kick.

As far as what to do, you are in the same boat I was in with Bunt. Best advice I have for you is:

1) log in every day to get the bonuses
2) look for people who offer free cards (there are several of them) to help boost your collection score
3) Once you open packs, trade 'down' to help build a collection or get some PTS scorers. For example if you get a gold, you should easily get at least 3-4 silvers for it, 1 silver should net 3-4 reds, and so on. I know it sucks possibly giving up your 'best' card, but as the season progresses they will become more common and thus cheaper. Get a good return now while people are overpaying....

Hope this all helps. Lastly, I am always willing to trade. I dont have much because I am waiting to see how the economy settles after the first few days (I play for collection, not for PTS) My username is Oriaen and I am always looking for Man U cards =)

good thing is i have my minions working for me i have my little cousin send me his cards after downloading because hes only into bunt and i also have android account since they released it in the play store so i got a few cards to work with

Just downloaded the android app now here is the question do i focus on one league or buy rookie packs from all three leagues

I'd focus on the league you can watch the most. For new users and/or Americans new to KICK, I'd suggest playing the MLS Chase as they broadcast games every week on ESPN and/or NBCSN. BPL games are early morning, so if getting up early on weekends isn't your thing, then avoid that.

True, true. I guess you could divvy up your coins and spend half on MLS and BPL. Then, trade whichever cards from the league everyone is looking for, and plays PTS for the other league.
