I came to donate Stanton Vintage to Vintage Borrowing Central, but don't see one. Did Topps kill off our borrowing centrals?

Since Topps changed the format to be a one-time award, it's been harder to have borrowing centrals. That said, talk to Tim, as BMCollection is always trying to get sets for reward contests later.
