First off, KICK has done away with the points for starting and points for clean sheets. And now, goals and assists and PKs saved are not the only categories scoring points. Distribution is as follows:
Goal by GK: +500 (invest in Begovic, lol) Goal by defender: +100 Goal by Midfielder: +80 Goal by forward: +70 Own Goal: -50 Assist: +50 Goal Conceded (GK): -25 Goal Conceded (Defender): -20 Goal Conceded (Midfielders and Forwards): -10 Penalty Saved: +100 Penalty Missed: -100 Blocked Cross: +5 Aerial (Header) Won: +5 Clearance preventing potential goal: +5 Interception: +5 Successful Pass in the Final-Third of field (attacking third) +2 Accurate Long Ball: +2 Tackle won: +5 Touches: +1 (does not include GK) Save: +15 Shot on Target (defender): +10 Shot on Target (Midfielders and Forwards): +7 Shot off Target (Midfielders and Forwards only): +3 Crosses in 18 yard box: +5 Crosses Caught: +7 Yellow Card: -25 Red Card: -75 Foul Committed: -5 Foul Suffered: +5
It seems to me that TOPPS has made all-around playmakers benefit off this point system. Players like Juan Mata, Nasri, or Eden Hazard will be racking up points through touches and attacking 1/3 passes while players like Aguero and Van Persie will not be as high scoring as they were last year. Also, KICK has adopted the plays system that BUNT has making a 20 second delay from when you put a player to when their points will register. So, according to TOPPS, if you see a guy score, by the time you play him on KICK, the points will already be registered. Therefore, you will need to predict who will score making it harder to get all the points from goals.
What do you think of the new point System? Do you like that TOPPS did away with the Clean Sheet and Start points? Do you think this new point system favors a certain type of player?

I don't think 20 seconds is long enough to stop us from subbing players.

I don't think 20 seconds is long enough to stop us from subbing players. Yea, GAZZABALDI told me he was able to put in players on time tonight when Bruin scored.

Ive noticed that if you can sub in/out immediately after the play, you can get the player in in time to get the points. It probably is a 30 second delay from the play and the points being registered.

These points are insane to try and predict a players point outcome...

These points are insane to try and predict a players point outcome... Thus the reason I dont really play for PTS lol. I cant compete with people who had hundreds of thousands of coins or spend money to get golds that get more PTS. I'll start the best players I have, but I dont care enough to watch multiple games back and forth and swap players on the fly....

What I've noticed is mids get the most points because of Touches and other reasons
