Entry #1:If I were Commish I would:
1. Ban the rule of catchers not being able to block the plate, it is a part of baseball that people seem to enjoy and the catchers would rather get run over getting a guy out rather than leaving a big chunk of plate to slide in to.
2. Allow the use of pine tar. Many pitchers use it secretly and just because someone uses it doesn't make them a good pitcher, the still have to be skilled.
3. Ban runners sliding into players during a routine double play. Many fielders hurt themselves from trying to avoid a runner purposely aiming their slide right at their ankles to try to stop the double play. Even the base runners get injured when the fielder jumps and lands on the runners ankle.
4. No trade deadline. I don't understand the point of a trade deadline. Teams should be able to negotiate year round with other teams in possible trades.
5. Incorporate DHs into the NL. The NL would be more enjoyable to watch if rather than a pitcher batting giving the fielding team a free out, there was a power hitter that made the fielding team always be aware of the possibility of a hit.

So I'm not big into changing things but if I could change 5 things here's what it would be
1. Result in steroids would be suspension for 1 season and the second time stats erased for examle if you got 3000 hits you would go back to 0. 3rd time your out
2. At the All-Star game if you pitched Sunday you wouldn't be replaced just not eligible to pitch at the ASG.
3. You can only compete in the HRD if you are an All-Star
4. All ballparks must be the same distance from homeplate to the wall.
5. Due to MVP eligible for pitchers as well as Cy Young id make a new award ONLY for hitters that would be up there and as important as Cy Young and MVP

Entry #4:
5 Things I would change.
1) The All-Star Game no longer "counts", it is just an exhibition game. Home field for the World Series is either alternating years as it used to be or based on the best overall record of the participating teams. Maybe, based on which league has the best overall interleague record.
2) Pete Rose and Shoeless Joe are reinstated.
3) Enforce the 25 second pitch clock. Games take too long, pitchers need to get back on the mound and pitch. Batters need to stay in the batters box. No adjusting every part of their uniform after taking a pitch.
4) Allow all draft picks to be traded. I honestly don't know the background on this, it just seems like it would be more in line with what the other leagues do.
5) Get rid of, or massively overhaul the home plate collision rules. I'm all for safety, but there are lots of runners being declared safe where safety was never an issue. There is also major inconsistency. The other night there were calls in two different games that were the opposite of each other and if you changed around the uniforms on the players you would be unable to tell which game was which.

#1-I would expand 2 teams into the league to make it an even 16 per league
#2-I would schedule and opening series in Europe to help the game grow there
#3-I would add a salary cap so big spenders like the Yankees and Red Sox aren't able to buy winning teams
#4-I would un-ban Pete Rose and Shoeless Joe Jackson and put them up for HOF consideration
#5-I would move the Nationals back to Montreal. Vive La Expos

1. I would find a way to shorten game play like a amount of time between pitches.
2. Change back the catcher rule.
3. Make a clear steroid policy. Whole year suspension with erased stats and then permanent ban.
4. Unban Pete Rose.
5. I know it sounds silly, but give Armando gallaraga the perfect game
