Anyone else having serious trouble getting the app downloaded properly? At first it asked me to create a new log-in and I foolishly did so, not realizing I could still keep my old account. After they unlocked my device from the old account, I logged into my old one and my 2013-2014 cards were not there. Has anyone else been dealing with something like this or just me?

Somewhat similar with the setup but when they unlocked my old account my 2013-14 cards were still there. Trying to have them let me merge the 2 accounts now.
