Hello BHKer's! I have decided to start a Paypal account so I can sell/buy cards but more of the selling and less of the buying! I have tons of questions that hopefully some of you may know how to help me! I'm brand new to all this selling online and such so i don't want to do something illegal or that stuff!
* I have a Paypal account but no credit card.... What should I do? * I plan on just selling my cards on E bay for cheap prices.... What are you guys interested in buying? * Any of things I should be worried about or should get more knowledge in?
Also if you need a trading buddy here are my two accounts....

Thanks!!!

Just link your bank account and transfer funds to and from that.
People generally want 1. Full sets, 2. Elite SPs, 3. Rare Inserts, 4. Sigs, 5. Big bundles.
Learn how to use eBay. Check sold item histories to find where you want to price something. There's a million things to understand about eBay. Most are common economic trends.

Okay thanks for the help! Do I "have" to link my bank account in order to sell stuff.... Or can I sell cards then receive the amount to buy other stuff on E bay? I just want some money on eBay to buy some stuff that I would like without putting any money from my account.

Oh. You're fine there. Just make sure you have enough balance at the end of the month to pay your eBay invoice (10% of your total sales). Also be aware that paypal takes either 3.5% or 4.5% of all sales instantly.

Oh okay.... That kinda sucks that E bay takes 10% of my sales.... Any other tips or helpful things I should know??? I have been researching the prices and such for fees and it is starting to make some sense!

Didn't want to start a new thread...

I have been researching the prices and such for fees and it is starting to make some sense! You will have to have some kind of backup method to link to your Paypal account. A bank account, credit card, something. eBay takes 10% if you don't have a store, but they won't come and get that until the end of your monthly billing cycle. Paypal takes 2.9% plus $.30 right off the top. Example: if you sell a sig for $25, $2.50 will go to eBay, and Paypal will take $1.03, leaving you a net of $21.47. It gets worse if you're trying to sell something like an individual Gold starting pitcher. Let's say you sell it for $0.99.....you will end up with just $0.57.
