Now that the points are changing in HUDDLE 2014, I will provide insight on how you could have scored a lot of points in HUDDLE during 2012 and 2013 without watching a single game.
First, having 9 of each card was important. We all know that. Second, having the ability to watch mutliple games at a time (i.e., RedZone, NFL Ticket GameMix, etc.) was important. We all know that, but not everyone had the capability to do it. So, what about the fans that did not have the ability to watch multiple games? It was easy. They merely had to copycat top HUDDLERS. How? Grab two devices. Set the first device to your account's START/SIT screen. Set the second device to the home page of a top HUDDLER. Continuously refresh the second device and start the same players appearing on the second device on the first device. After the points register on the second device, sit the players on the first device. Once the top HUDDLER sets a new starting lineup on the second device, be a copycat and start the same players. Repeat.
Using the copycat technique, you could have scored a ton of points without watching a single game! I even used the technique a few times myself at the end of the season. Unfortunately, I doubt this will be an option in 2014 since Topps has eliminated the ability for users to view the starting lineup for other users in 2014 BUNT and 2014 KICK. If I am wrong . . . well . . . the copycat is out of the bag; but I am done scoring points.

So THAT'S why they changed the PTS format? Wow, minority of idiots ruins it for the majority of the community. Fantastic.

So THAT'S why they changed the PTS format? Wow, minority of idiots ruins it for the majority of the community. Fantastic. I am under the impression that this played a factor in the elimination of the ability to view another user's starting line-up. I stumbled upon this technique after JOEYSINDIANS was complaining that PHILLIESFANJROL must be cheating, because JOEYSINDIANS could not score that many points. So, the following week, I watched who PHILLIESFANJROL was SITTING/STARTING. There was no cheating. He was legitimately earning points by swapping players in and out. I never had Red-Zone or anything like that, so I followed PHILLIESFANJROL's lead. Scored more points that way, and wished I would have discovered it sooner, as it set me free from sitting in front of the tv. It was not much of a factor during the playoffs though because I had set-up 2 tvs so I could watch 2 games at once. On occassion though, I did use it defensively to make sure that someone close to me did not pass me on the leaderboard during the playoffs.

Don't understand why they couldn't have just changed the home screen to how it currently is and then kept the PTS Chase format the same.
