Anyone know the dates of purchases that are used to determine the following month's VIP status? Is it the 1st and last calendar day of each month or is it something like the 4th to the 4th?

I'm pretty sure it's the 1st and last day. I usually get a push notification around 2 or 3 days before the end if the month telling me I need to buy X amount of coins to become a certain level.

Now my question is, this month they said all Black and Diamond VIPs would be given access to a dedicated customer support email address. I never received any kind if notification about this. Has anyone else?

Also, yes, for the VIP program we look at all purchases made between the first and last day of a calendar month.

I still haven't received a single push notification yet, although perhaps I haven't had one sent. But I'm pretty sure I'm going to be Black next month so hopefully they're working.
What exactly is a push notification?

Push Notifications do not work for the Android App. I missed out on my free packs because of it.

When, in the name of all that is holy, are they going to update the Android app? It's an embarrassment. Takes 3-4 minutes for the trade page to load and no push notifications?
I'm sure Topps will contact me some other way in lieu of no push notifications, right? [/sarcasm]
